Our Location
Located at the intersection of 2 main routes connecting Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina,
30 km away from Carrasco International Airport and 40 km from Montevideo capital of Uruguay.
This location is strategic for the arrival of the material to be processed, and the output of the production for the local and international markets.
The 8 drying chambers of variable sizes ensures the flexibility required in working for third parties, with 650 kg/cycle of maximum capacity.
A Trimming and size classification room and a Vacuum packaging room, complemented by 250m3 of storage, ensures an expediente and cared operation
Drying modes
For 17-22ºC drying mode is 5,000kg of green material/7days (1,500kg output).
For 50ºC drying mode is 25,000kg of green material/7days (7,500kg output).*
**Drying time from 36 to 48 hours, depending on the humidity of the product when it arrives at the plant.
An excellent labeling system for each badge, ensure traceability in every stage of the process.
Certifications and permits
In order to certify good quality standards in every process in the drying facility, in 2021 Fidawel S.A obtained the Functional Permit granted by the Ministry of Public Health, the first level of certification to process medicinal cannabis.
In 2022, Fidawel SA certified GACP by LQSA and in 2023 is planning to achieve GMP and UE GMP certification
